What We Store
Our apps create an anonymous account automatically using Firebase Authentication — no name, email, or password is required. The following data may be associated with that anonymous account:
- Leaderboard scores (score, game mode, play duration, timestamp)
- A display name, if you chose to set one (defaults to "Anonymous")
- Anonymised analytics events, if you granted analytics consent
Personal best scores stored locally on your device are removed automatically when you uninstall the app.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at support@igneouslabs.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- The app name (e.g. Fidget Slider)
- Your leaderboard display name, if you set one
- The approximate date(s) you played, to help us locate your scores
We will delete your account, leaderboard scores, and associated data within 30 days of verifying the request, and confirm by reply email.
What Is Deleted
- Your anonymous Firebase Authentication account
- All leaderboard score documents linked to that account
- Your personal best records on our servers
Aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to an individual account is retained per Google Firebase's standard retention periods (default: 14 months) and then deleted automatically.
