Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Igneous Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps or any part of them
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Apps for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any App or leaderboard
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards
In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer in-app purchases such as "Remove Ads". All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Non-consumable purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device signed into that account using the in-app "Restore Purchases" function.
We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their standard processes.
Leaderboards and User Content
By submitting a score to our leaderboards, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that score and your chosen display name within the Apps and any associated promotional materials.
We reserve the right to remove scores that we reasonably believe were achieved through cheating, exploits, or automated means.
Availability
All Apps are designed to be fully playable offline. Features that require an internet connection (leaderboards, analytics) will gracefully degrade when offline. We do not guarantee continuous availability of online services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Apps — including graphics, sounds, code, and text — is owned by Igneous Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content beyond the licence described above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IGNEOUS LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Apps after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
